Plans for the Future
Lilies is constantly evolving to meet the specific needs of the women who come through their door. As their resources grow, they hope to provide the current Lilies facilities with more resources, such as a playroom for the children, computers, and educational materials. We also hope to offer the Lilies of The Valley program in more locations.
Education

The Lilies of The Valley ministry offers classes that cover a variety of subjects from cooking and health to parenting and life skills. In learning new skills, the women are able to gain the confidence to make positive changes in their lives, to discover new talents and to find new ways of supporting themselves.
The Balm of Community
The backgrounds of many of the women include family violence, poverty, and alcoholic or jailed spouses. Rather than see them suffer in silence, the Lilies of The Valley ministry hopes to offer a safe haven for these women to share their stories and join together in finding healing and strength in he power of Christ and community.
Resources

Many of the women experience generational poverty. Working with community and government agencies, Lilies helps in practical ways to find resources to assist with basic needs such as food, shelter, clothing and education.
